i highly recommend bum genius, both the all in ones and the pocket diapers. I’ve also used fuzzy buns, kissaluvs and chinese prefolds with nylon covers and sugar peas fleece covers. Do you have good laundering facilities or would you use a diaper service? That is the first big factor in the decision.
