During Granny’s recent visit east, Gammy treated us all to a fabulous lunch at The Golden Lamb Buttery in Brooklyn (Connecticut). The day and setting was perfect and it was wonderful to be able to eat slowly and unhurried. We spent hours at our table enjoying our meal, sipping Bloody Mary’s before, and nibbling on desserts after. Thanks Judy!!

So exciting that these 2 cousins will be so close together in age! Here’s the photo essay:
Our wonderful amigos Catherine, Jorge, Caya & Magda invited us down to their home in the Yucatan Peninsula of Mexico. We had a great vacation exploring Mérida with them as well as trips to the Mayan ruins at Uxmal (oosh•mal) and a little island paradise called Holbox (hole•bosh).

I have a whole slew of belated blog posts in the works so apologies in advance for the onslaught. Warning – these may involve mass dumpage of photos rather than witty recaps of funny Milo quotes or reflections of memories of my great grandma.
We had a fab time on the left coast hosted in large part by the Mosher clan in their sweet new home – thanks Moshers!
